I’m Izi and I’m here to guide you, in coming back to yourself.
And what do I mean by ‘coming back to yourself?’ - coming back to the place in you that feels authentic and true to yourself.
Through practises including awareness, acceptance, breathing and stillness a whole other world awaits you. A world of peace, calm and clarity. A place where you feel safe enough to be you, just as you are and with everything just as it is.
And there’s no ‘getting rid’ of anything in you or that there are any ‘wrong’ parts of you. It’s the gift of learning to hold and Be with yourself, just as you are. There is gold in absolutely everything.
It’s the most simple thing you can ever learn but maybe right now feels so complex.
I came to this place having tried everything single thing I could to get rid of anxiety and depression. I tried the courses, diets, exercises, affirmations.. but nothing ‘worked’.
Until I decided to turn in. To face me and Be with me. To stop running and distracting myself from me and allow stillness and silence in to my life.
